1. Go to Create Account
2. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit)
3. Click Create Account

You will be logged in automatically and can start browsing courses immediately. Registration is completely free.

No. Creating an account is free. You can browse the full catalogue, access free courses, and track your progress at no cost. You only pay when you enrol in a paid course, purchase a certificate, or subscribe to a membership plan.

Go to the Sign In page. You have two options:

• Email & Password — enter the email and password you registered with
• Sign in with OTP — enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit one-time code. No password needed.

After signing in, you'll be redirected to your Dashboard.

If you registered via OTP, Google, or were added through our system, you may not have a password set yet. To set one:

1. Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email — you'll receive a link to create a new password
3. Follow the link and set your password

Alternatively, sign in with OTP first, then use the Set Password button on your Dashboard.

Option 1 — Via email: Go to Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Option 2 — From the Dashboard: Sign in (via OTP if needed), then click Set Password in the top navigation bar of your Dashboard.

Visit the Course Catalogue to browse all 50+ courses. You can:

• Search — type any topic, framework, or keyword (e.g., "BRSR", "carbon", "CSRD")
• Filter by region — India, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Gulf/MENA, or Global
• Filter by type — Free courses, ISEP Certification, or all courses

Each course card shows the title, region, estimated hours, level, and price. Click any card to view the full details.

Yes. Many courses have free preview modules that you can access without enrolling or paying. On the course detail page, look for modules marked as "Free Preview" — you can open and view the content directly.

Yes, you can earn a certificate for free courses — but there is a small issuance fee:

How to get your certificate after completing a free course:

1. Complete all modules and pass all quizzes in the course
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Find the course under Completed Courses
4. Click Get Certificate — you'll see a Buy Certificate button with the fee
5. Complete payment via Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India)
6. Your certificate is generated instantly after payment and available for download

3. You'll be taken to the checkout page showing the course price for your region
4. If you have a coupon code, enter it to apply a discount (see Using Coupon Codes)
5. Complete payment:
   • India: Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
   • UK / International: Stripe (credit/debit cards)
6. After successful payment, you are enrolled immediately and can start learning

Yes — at no extra cost. When you complete all modules and pass all quizzes in a paid course, your certificate is generated and issued automatically. You can download it from your Dashboard immediately.

The correct payment gateway is selected automatically based on your region.

• Check that your card details or UPI ID are correct

• Go back to the course page and click Enrol Now again to create a new order

If money was deducted but enrollment didn't happen, please contact learn@rsustain.co.uk with your payment reference — we'll resolve it within one business day.

Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Contact learn@rsustain.co.uk with your order details to request a refund.

2. Click Enrol Now to proceed to checkout
3. On the checkout page, find the Coupon Code field
4. Enter your code and click Apply
5. The discount will be reflected in the total — proceed with payment

Yes. If you are a subscriber (Academy Member or Academy Pro), your membership discount is applied first, and the coupon discount is then applied on top of the reduced price. This means you get both benefits.

Coupon codes may not work if:

• The code has expired — check the validity dates with whoever shared it
• The code is course-specific — it may only apply to certain courses
• The usage limit has been reached — some codes have a maximum number of uses
• There's a typo — codes are case-sensitive, so enter them exactly as provided

Yes. If you enrolled in a paid course using a coupon (whether partial or 100% discount), you receive your certificate automatically upon completion at no extra cost — exactly like any other paid enrollment.

Each course opens in a dedicated learning player at /learn/course-name/ with:

• Sidebar — all modules and lessons listed, with progress indicators
• Video player — HD video lessons with playback controls
• Text & PDF content — reading material and downloadable resources
• Interactive WBI — web-based interactive exercises (where available)
• Quizzes — module-end assessments to test your understanding
• Progress bar — see your completion percentage in real time

Your progress is tracked automatically:

• Each lesson you complete is marked with a tick
• Your overall course progress (%) updates in real time
• Time spent on each lesson is recorded
• Your last accessed lesson is saved so you can resume exactly where you left off

No. All self-paced courses have lifetime access. You can learn at your own pace and return any time. There is no deadline or expiry.

Yes. The learning platform is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. You can learn from any device with a modern web browser.

A course is marked as completed when you have:

1. Finished all lessons across all modules (progress reaches 100%)
2. Passed all quizzes (if the course includes quizzes)

Once completed, the course moves to the Completed section on your Dashboard, and your certificate becomes available.

On your Dashboard, each certificate has a Share button that opens LinkedIn with a pre-filled post linking to your public verification page. Anyone clicking the link can verify your credential instantly.

Every certificate can be verified publicly at: The verification page shows the holder's name, programme title, issue date, credential type, and issuing body. Anyone — employers, clients, regulators — can verify authenticity by entering the certificate number or scanning the QR code on the PDF.

Sign in and go to your Dashboard. Your name and email are shown in the header. To update your name, phone, or LinkedIn URL, the system uses the profile stored during registration. Contact learn@rsustain.co.uk if you need to change your registered email.

• Check your Spam / Junk folder — emails come from noreply@rsustain.co.uk
• Ensure you're using the same email you registered with
• Wait 2–3 minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed
• Try requesting the OTP or reset link again
• If the problem persists, contact learn@rsustain.co.uk

If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes as a security measure. You can either:

• Wait 15 minutes and try again
• Sign in with OTP instead — this is not affected by the lockout
• Use Forgot Password to reset your password

• Check your internet connection
• Try refreshing the page
• Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
• Disable browser extensions that might block video playback
• If on a VPN, try disconnecting it — some VPNs slow down video streaming

Progress is saved automatically after each lesson. If it doesn't seem to update:

• Ensure you are signed in — check the top-right corner for your name
• Make sure you complete the lesson (scroll to the end of text content or finish the video)
• Try refreshing the page — the progress bar should update
• If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in

• Check all lessons: every lesson in every module must be completed (look for any lessons without a tick mark in the sidebar)
• Check quizzes: if the course has quizzes, all must be passed
• Free courses: certificates require a small payment — look for the Get Certificate / Buy Certificate button on your Dashboard
• Try refreshing your Dashboard

If everything is complete and the certificate still doesn't appear, contact learn@rsustain.co.uk.

• Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to enrol
• Check your Dashboard — the course should appear under "Continue Learning"
• If you paid but the course doesn't show, your payment may still be processing — wait a few minutes and refresh
• Contact learn@rsustain.co.uk with your payment reference if the issue persists
